Privacy Policy

We do not collect, store, or transmit any of the following:

• Your name, email address, phone number, or postal address
• Your weight entries, goals, or any health-related data you log in the App
• Your photos, contacts, location, or browsing history
• Any account credentials (the App does not require an account)

All weight entries, goals, settings, and history you create in the App are stored locally on your device only. We have no servers that receive or store this data, and we have no way to access it.

To provide subscription functionality and improve the App, we use the following third-party services that may collect limited information:

RevenueCat

We use RevenueCat to manage in-app subscriptions. When you make a purchase or open the App, RevenueCat may collect:

• An anonymous user identifier (a randomly generated UUID)
• Your device identifier
• Your purchase history within the App (subscription status, renewal dates)
• Basic device information (model, operating system version, country)

This information is used solely to validate your subscription, prevent fraud, and restore purchases if you reinstall the App. RevenueCat's privacy policy is available at revenuecat.com/privacy.

Apple App Store

Payments for subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple. We never see, store, or have access to your payment information, credit card number, or Apple ID. Please refer to Apple's privacy policy for details on how Apple handles your payment data.

The first time you launch the App, you may see a prompt asking for permission to track your activity across other apps and websites. This permission is used in compliance with Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework.

If you grant permission, we may use your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) in the future to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns and improve user acquisition. If you decline, no tracking identifier is accessed and the App functions exactly the same.

You can change your tracking preference at any time in your device's Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

The limited information collected by third-party services is used only to:

• Validate and restore your subscription
• Prevent fraudulent purchases
• Measure the performance of marketing campaigns (if you opted in)
• Diagnose and fix technical issues

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third party for advertising purposes beyond what is described in this policy.

Because we do not collect personal data on our own servers, there is nothing for us to retain or delete. Data held by RevenueCat is retained according to their own policies. Data stored locally on your device remains there until you delete the App or clear its data.

Since all your weight data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over it at all times:

• Access: All your data is visible inside the App
• Export: You can export your data via Settings → Export Data
• Deletion: Uninstalling the App permanently deletes all your data from your device

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
